Manticore only earns a small fee when a hospital chooses to collect electronic HMO claim payments through our direct HMO billing network.
Are there any hidden limits on doctors, patients, or hospital beds?
No. You get unlimited staff accounts (doctors, nurses, pharmacists, lab technicians, billing cashiers, and administrators), unlimited patient folders, and unlimited inpatient beds without any paywalls or hidden trial expirations.
How does the optional 1.0% HMO claims payout fee work?
If your hospital chooses to use Manticore to submit claims and collect electronic bank payments from participating HMOs, the service fee is 1.0% of the approved claim batch, capped at a maximum of ₦10,000 per payout batch. Whether a hospital receives ₦1,500,000 or ₦15,000,000 for monthly claims, the fee never exceeds ₦10,000. For private, cash, and corporate patients managed within your HMS, there is zero fee.
What happens when employees join or leave mid-month?
Manticore prorates coverage fairly by the day. You only pay for the days a member is actively enrolled, and corporate employers receive clear, accurate credit adjustments on their statements.
Is there a fee to onboard our hospital staff or upload existing records?
Standard onboarding is completely free. You can upload existing patient lists, tariffs, and inventory right away, and our team is happy to assist your medical, nursing, and billing staff during setup.
